Claudio Andrade is a journalist and cook. He has worked in Buenos Aires, Argentina as a major daily “Página 12″, “Clarín” and “Río Negro” (located in the interior province of Argentina), and magazines like “Playboy” and “Nueva” writing on culture and economy. He has been a columnist and radio programs has given conferences on wine and cuisine of the south.
